Scotland Health is proud to offer a monthly support group for individuals with diabetes and their caregivers. This support group aims to provide a safe and welcoming space for participants to connect, share experiences, and gain valuable knowledge about managing diabetes. Each month, the group will focus on a different diabetes-related topic, allowing attendees to deepen their understanding and learn practical strategies for better diabetes management. In addition, educators will be present to address any questions or concerns that participants may have. Join us and be a part of this supportive community that empowers individuals with diabetes to live their best and healthiest lives.
