To encourage and reward the participation of System associates in the recruitment of qualified professional and technical staff, all regular status associates, with the exception of management and Human Resources, are eligible to participate in an associate referral program!

If you refer a designated professional or technical applicant (such as RNs, Physical Therapists, Radiology Techs) to Scotland Health Care System and he/she is employed for at least six months, you will receive a $1,000 referral bonus!
