As part of its yearlong celebration of 80 Years of Caring, Scotland Health invites the community to attend an Open House at Marlboro Family Practice & Urgent Care on Thursday, August 6, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The event will provide community members, patients, business leaders, and healthcare partners an opportunity to tour the practice, meet the staff, and learn more about the healthcare services available close to home. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet Dr. Emily Milz, the newest physician joining Marlboro Family Practice & Urgent Care, and Shannon Courtleigh, a valued member of the practice team dedicated to serving patients throughout the region.

“We are excited to open our doors to the community and celebrate Scotland Health’s 80th anniversary with the people we are privileged to serve,” said Dr. Shelly Lowery, Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Practices. “This event is an opportunity to showcase our practice, introduce our team, and reaffirm our commitment to providing convenient, high-quality healthcare for Marlboro County and surrounding communities.”

Attendees will enjoy refreshments, guided tours of the facility, and the opportunity to connect with providers and staff in a relaxed setting.

“Building relationships with our patients and community is an important part of what we do,” said Dr. Emily Milz. “I look forward to meeting community members, sharing more about our practice, and serving the healthcare needs of families throughout the area.”
