At Scotland Health we strive to be a partner in your health and wellness journey. And that partnership extends well beyond the doctor’s office. To enhance security while making the payment process easy and convenient for you, we are turning on paperless billing for active MyScotlandHealth users on November 1, 2023.
This change means you will receive billing statement notifications monthly as email and/or text notifications. You will have the choice to opt out and resume paper statements by updating your preferences in MyScotlandHealth.
Benefits of Paperless Billing
How it works
Paperless billing is easy. Here's what to expect:
If you are already signed up for MyScotlandHealth
For MyScotlandHealth users who are the responsible person* of an account(s), you will automatically receive paperless billing statements. This means billing statements will be sent to the email on file or by text to the phone number on your account. You will no longer receive a paper statement by mail.
This term refers to the person or entity responsible for paying the balance of an account.
If you are not already signed up for MyScotlandHealth
If you are not signed up for MyScotlandHealth, you will continue to receive paper billing statements. However, you are welcome to sign up and start receiving paperless billing statements. Signing up is simple!
