This is a FREE monthly support group focused on congestive heart failure (CHF) management. Learn more about better managing CHF for better quality of life and less ER visits and hospitalizations. This group is for anyone with CHF and their family/caregiver. Please call 910-291-7402 and leave name and contact number by the 10th of each month to register. Lunch will be provided.

This support group aims to provide a safe and welcoming space for participants to connect, share experiences, and gain valuable knowledge about managing diabetes. Each month, the group will focus on a different diabetes-related topic, allowing attendees to deepen their understanding and learn practical strategies for better diabetes management. In addition, educators will be present to address any questions or concerns that participants may have. Join us and be a part of this supportive community that empowers individuals with diabetes to live their best and healthiest lives.
