When:  Third Tuesday of every month from 12:00pm -1:00pm- lunch provided

Where:  Dulin Center Conference Room (in Urgent Care/Wound Center building)

What: This is a monthly support group focused on congestive heart failure (CHF) management.  Learn more about better managing CHF for better quality of life and less ER visits and hospitalizations. 

Who: This group is for anyone with CHF and their family/caregiver.

Different topics of discussion each month!  

How: Please call 910-291-7402 and leave your name and phone number to register so we can plan amounts needed for lunch and giveaways.
